The Family Business Leadership Network provides a valuable opportunity for family business leaders to connect and collaborate in a supportive, interactive, and confidential environment. This affinity group is designed to facilitate meaningful discussions and share insights, helping members navigate the unique challenges of family business dynamics.

Commitment
Members meet regularly throughout the year to explore a variety of relevant topics, such as the business lifecycle, generational dynamics, leadership, conflict resolution, and succession planning. Each meeting features experiential learning, personal assessment opportunities, and ongoing coaching and mentoring. PFBI facilitators also conduct regular check-ins and executive coaching sessions between group meetings to provide additional support and guidance. Guest speakers and professional facilitators enrich discussions, and members are invited to attend social gatherings to build connections within the community.
